Florida's form and Leonidas form differ
The Panhandle is a particularly controversial part of the fan-made reconstructions. In the Reddit thread I read, users are debating whether Leonida could have a westward-extending northern part like Florida. Some argue based on regional precedents and street signs, while others expect a more densely populated game map.
Leonida does not have to adopt Florida's shape. Neither the inclusion of the panhandle in a map nor its removal from a fan version confirms the actual map. There is a lack of clear images or coherent spatial evidence to support this.

Landmarks first, overall outline later
