Check the game first
Does the material shown even apply to GTA 6? Lists of older games may have been relabeled. Vehicle names, user interfaces, or familiar keyboard shortcuts alone are not sufficient proof. Renaming a working GTA 5 code does not make it a GTA 6 code.
Check the original source
Search for the first verifiable source. Is there a specific platform, a game version, and a complete description of the test? If many sites simply repeat the same unproven claim, this does not automatically create multiple independent pieces of evidence.
For release dates and announced platforms, see the official Rockstar website The appropriate source. For an input discovered in the game, a reproducible test is also required.
A picture is not proof of the input
A screenshot shows the result, but often not the process behind it. A video can also skip input steps due to a cut. Therefore, check the complete sequence and the stated test conditions.
A symbolic image is a legitimate design element if it remains recognizable as such. It should not create the impression that a concrete, functioning code has already been proven.
Reading expectations as expectations
Phrases like "might return" or "like in GTA 5" describe a possibility. They are not a guarantee for GTA 6. This also applies to input methods, money cheats, trophy locks, and the effects on save games.
Be careful with downloads and account queries.
If a website requests a download, console login details, or payment for an alleged code, this is different from a freely available cheat guide. Do not enter any account information just to unlock a claimed key combination. A download does not prove that a code is valid.
