What we know.
Weapon type, photographic evidence and model question
The Girardi ES9 is Jason's specifically named pistol; the Ultimate Edition describes a personally engraved version. The individual GTABase page lists Girardi as the manufacturer and cites the Beretta 92FS as a real-world design inspiration. Its gallery references the official artwork for personalized weapon variants.
The personalized version differs from the base model. Visible engravings indicate a different design, but not automatically higher damage or special ammunition. The details page still doesn't include the GTA VI statistics; its general reference to modifications doesn't explain all available attachments.
